1. Service Use:
   • Customers shall not use Copy My Call services for illegal recordings or any unlawful purpose.
   • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including obtaining necessary consent for recording in jurisdictions that require it.
2. Account Security:
   • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and access codes.
   • Sharing account access with unauthorized individuals is strictly prohibited.
   • Customers must immediately notify Copy My Call of any unauthorized use of their account.
3. Account Inactivity:
   • Accounts that remain inactive for more than 90 days may be subject to suspension or termination.
   • Reactivation of inactive accounts may require additional verification or authentication.
4. Service Misuse:
   • Customers are prohibited from engaging in activities that disrupt or interfere with the Copy My Call service, servers, or networks.
   • Unauthorized access to other user accounts or attempts to compromise the system's security are strictly forbidden.
   • Copy My Call reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected misuse or illegal activities.
5. Service Limitations:
   • Copy My Call may terminate calls with more than 60 seconds of continuous silence to conserve system resources.
   • Copy My Call is not responsible for any messages or data lost due to dropped calls or network interruptions.
   • Service availability and quality may vary depending on factors such as network conditions, device capabilities, and geographic location.
6. Cost Responsibility:
   • Customers are solely responsible for any carrier charges, including SMS messaging fees, incurred while using the Copy My Call service.
   • Copy My Call is not liable for any additional costs or charges imposed by the customer's carrier or service provider.
7. Policy Violation Consequences:
   • Copy My Call reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to user accounts for violations of these Terms of Service/Use, Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws.
   • In the event of account termination due to policy violations, customers will not be entitled to any refunds for unused tokens or purchased storage.
8. Policy Amendments:
   • Copy My Call reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms of Service/Use and the Privacy Policy at any time.
   • Customers will be notified of any material changes via email or through the Copy My Call website.
   • Continued use of the service after policy updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
   By using Copy My Call, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service/Use and the Privacy Policy. It is the customer's responsibility to review these policies periodically for any updates or changes.
