Dispute Resolution Policy

  1. Informal Resolution
    • If you have any concerns or disputes regarding our service, please contact our customer support team first.
    • We will work with you to resolve the matter informally within a reasonable timeframe.
  2. Mediation
    • If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may request mediation.
    • The costs of mediation will be shared equally between Copy My Call and the customer.
    • The mediation process shall be confidential, and the outcome shall be non-binding unless an agreement is reached and signed by both parties.
  3. Arbitration
    • If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration.
    • Arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless otherwise agreed upon.
    • The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding, subject to the provisions of Arizona state law.

    • This Dispute Resolution Policy and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Copy My Call services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

  6. Limitation on Claims
    • Any claim or dispute must be filed within one year after such claim or dispute arose, or it will be permanently barred.
  7. Exceptions to Arbitration
    • Disputes related to Copy My Call's intellectual property rights or allegations of unauthorized use may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
  8. Changes to Dispute Resolution Policy
    • Copy My Call may modify this Dispute Resolution Policy as needed, and changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on our platform or providing notice to users.
    By using Copy My Call, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Dispute Resolution Policy, in conjunction with our Terms of Service/Use, Privacy Policy, and User Consent Policy.
